DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 20, 2000
1The applicant has applied to the Board seeking reconsideration of a decision dated January 5, 2000. Unfortunately, the request appears to contain nothing more than a brief recitation of the facts underlying the applicant’s original grievance. It does not address the Board’s decision dismissing the application under section 74 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. Further, the request was not made until March 28, 2000, which is well beyond the 20 day period provided by Rule 96 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
2Accordingly, for these reasons, the request is dismissed.
