DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 7, 2000
The parties have filed submissions pursuant to the Board’s decision of December 20, 1999 dealing with the applicant’s request for production of documents.
There has been some production of documents. The parties are unable to agree on the remaining documents and the method of making them available.
The hearings in these matters are scheduled to begin March 2, 2000. The Board directs the parties to meet with a Labour Relations Officer prior to the hearings for the purpose of assisting the parties with respect to producing the relevant documentation pursuant to section 1(5) of the Act. The parties will be able to make their submissions with respect to any remaining production issues to the panel hearing these matters.
These matters are referred to the Manager of Field Services.
