0709-00-ES Richardson Industrial Finishers, Applicant v. and Ministry of Labour, Responding Party.
Employment Practices Branch File No. 34 002315
BEFORE: Gail Misra, Vice‑Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 12, 2000
1On June 1, 2000 the Board was advised that Richardson Industrial Finishers (“Richardson”) wished to appeal Order to Pay No. 56660. As no formal application was filed at the time, the Board sent Richardson a letter dated June 7, 2000 indicating that the appeal could not be processed unless it was made on the proper forms as required by the Board’s Rules of Procedure. A copy of the required form along with a copy of the Board’s Rules of Procedure, were sent to Richardson with the letter.
2In its letter of June 7th the Board indicated that the application must be filed within 10 working day of the date of the letter, and that failure to do so may result in the termination of the application. The deadline for filing the application has now passed, and to date the Board has received nothing from Richardson. In the circumstances this matter is hereby terminated.
