1Having regard to correspondence dated August 1, 2000 from counsel for the intervenor, the Board reconsiders the decision of the Board (differently constituted) dated July 31, 2000 in respect of the date of the representation vote.
2The representation vote of August 4, 2000 is cancelled. On agreement of the parties, the representation vote is re-scheduled for Wednesday, August 9, 2000, with a poll to be held from 6:30 a. m. to 7:30 a. m. and a second poll from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
3All other aspects of the Board’s July 31, 2000 decision are confirmed.
4The intervenor is directed to post copies of this decision adjacent to the Board decision of July 31, 2000. The copies must remain posted for 30 days..
