DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 4, 2000
1On May 1, 2000 the Board received this application alleging that the responding parties violated section 74 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act"). Section 74 of the Act applies only to unions and not to employers. Furthermore, the applicant has provided no particulars whatsoever with her application. There is therefore no possible basis for a claim that the Act has been violated. The Board also notes that the applicant has another application which was filed with the Board on April 18, 2000.
2This application is therefore dismissed without prejudice to the applicant's ability to file a proper application with the Board.
