1The confirmation of filing sent by the Board by way of courier to 739183 Ontario Inc. c.o.b. as G.M. Contracting in relation to Board File Nos. 1085-00-R and 1086-00-G has been returned to the Board bearing the notation “Bad Address”. In addition, the Board is in receipt of a letter from counsel for R.L.P. Machine & Steel Fabrication Inc. stating that the address provided by the applicant in Board File Nos. 1085-00-R and 1087-00-G for the responding parties therein is in fact its address and it is not the address of the responding parties.
2Absent a correct address or facsimile number for the responding parties in these matters the Board is unable to have the necessary forms and notices delivered to them. The applicant is hereby directed to provide the Board with proof of delivery of the originating applications in these matters to the responding parties and to further provide the Board with accurate information that would enable the Board to deliver the necessary confirmations of filing and hearing notices to the responding parties.
