DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 1, 2000
This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 alleging that the responding party has violated section 74.
The Board has received correspondence from the applicant dated January 28, 2000 in which she seeks to make substantial amendments to her earlier application. She also provides new documents. The correspondence also indicates that she is optimistic that the parties will resolve the matter by February 19, 2000.
In the circumstances the Board will permit the applicant to amend the application. The responding party and the intervenor, if any, will have the opportunity to file a full response to the amended application. However, in view of the possibility that the matter will be resolved, the responses need not be filed with the Board or provided to the applicant until March 3, 2000.
