DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 15, 2000
The City of Brampton (the “City”), one of the responding parties in Board File No. 1439-00-OH, has requested that Board File Nos. “1438-00-OH and 1439-00-OH be merged into one file number” on the basis that “the applications are identical and only differ in the responding parties named on the first page of each application”. The City further states that all of the individual respondents named in both applications work for it.
Having regard to this request, the Board directs that Board File Nos. 1438-00-OH and 1439-00-OH be listed for hearing together. The issue of consolidation may be raised with the panel of the Board assigned to hear these matters.
