This is an application to review Order to Pay 54406 issued by an Employment Standards Officer on October 28, 1999.
The applicant failed to appear at the hearing scheduled in this matter and counsel for the Ministry of Labour moved that the application therefore be dismissed and the officer’s order be affirmed.
The application is hereby dismissed and the Director is hereby directed to pay out the monies being held in trust as follows:
$ 421.27 to Danusia Szpak; and
$100.00 to the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
- Accrued interest on the above amounts is to be paid in like proportions.
