DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 1, 2000
1. The Board is in receipt of post vote submissions from both the applicant and responding party. Both the applicant and the responding party assert that ballots cast by Bill Elson and Nancy Young should not be counted. The Board ruled by decision dated May 24, 2000 that Bill Elson and Nancy Young are not eligible voters.
2. Accordingly, this matter is hereby referred to the vote coordinator for the purpose of appointing a Labour Relations Officer to meet with the parties and count the ballots cast by Rick Ashton, Mike Little, Hugh Peddle and Frank Rizza.
