1.1. On May 16, 2000, the parties entered into a Memorandum of Agreement as follows:

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN:
INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BRIDGE, STRUCTURAL, ORNAMENTAL AND REINFORCING IRON WORKERS, LOCAL 721
and
MILLWRIGHTS REGIONAL COUNCIL OF ONTARIO AND ITS LOCAL 2309
("Applicants")
and
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 1739
and
THE STATE GROUP
("Responding Parties")
WHEREAS The State Group ("State") was awarded an electrical contract at the Honda Van Plant in Alliston, Ontario.
AND WHEREAS the work performed by State included the installation of limit switch/bracket assemblies on a conveyor;
AND WHEREAS the work was assigned by State to members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1739 ("Local 1739");
AND WHEREAS the Electricians performed the work in dispute which was the installation of a bracket directly supporting an electrical device, notably a limit switch, at various points along the conveyor system.
AND WHEREAS the International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, Local 721 ("Local 721") and the Millwrights Regional Council of Ontario and its Local 2309 "(Local 2309") filed jurisdictional dispute Applications in connection with State's assignment of the work (referenced as OLRB File Nos. 2995-99-JD & 3060-99-JD).
AND WHEREAS the parties wish to settle the above-referenced Applications;
NOW THEREFORE the parties agree as follows:
Local 721 and Local 2309 hereby withdraw their claim to the work in dispute which was assigned by State at the Honda Plant in Alliston, Ontario.
The parties request that these Minutes of Settlement be reproduced in a Board decision.
