1This is a successor rights application filed pursuant to section 68 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act").
2The parties have now reached a settlement of this matter in which they have agreed that the United Steelworkers of America continues to be the bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit.
3This application is therefore, terminated.
4The responding party employer is directed to post copies of this decision in locations in the workplace where they are likely to come to the attention of the affected employees. The copies of this decision should remain posted for 30 days.
