DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 23, 2000
1. In its decision dated August 15, 2000 at paragraph 2 the Board indicated that the applicant had not been found to be a trade union within the meaning of section 1(1) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act"). Subsequently it was brought to the Board's attention that the applicant has been found to be a trade union within the meaning of section 1(1) of the Act (see OLRB File No. 3972-99-R). In the circumstances the applicant having already proven status as a trade union, the Board relieves the applicant from the obligation to file materials on August 29, 2000 with respect to its status as a trade union.
