DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 11, 2000
1This is an application seeking a review of an Order to Pay pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E-14 (the “Act”).
2In its decision dated March 14, 2000, the Board (differently constituted) found that the application was untimely pursuant to section 68(3) of the Act. The Board directed the applicant to provide submissions explaining why the application was late in being filed and why the Board should exercise its discretion and extend the time for filing of the application. The applicant was also directed to submit proof of payment of the amount require to the Director of Employment Standards. The applicant was to file its submissions and proof of payment with the Board no later than ten working days from its decision.
3As of the date of this decision, the Board has not received either any submissions nor the proof of payment. Accordingly, this matter is terminated.
