- This is an application pursuant to section 69/1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”. On December 24, 1999 the applicant asked for leave of the Board to amend its application by adding the following subsidiaries to paragraph 17 of Schedule “A”:
Ontario Hydro Technologies Inc.
Ontario Power Technologies Inc.
and Ontario Power Inc.
To date no response has been received by the Board or the applicant with respect to this request to amend the application.
Unless the responding parties file their written response to this request to amend the application within 14 calendar days, the responding parties are deemed to have accepted this amendment to the application.
