DECISION OF THE BOARD; March 3, 2000
Decision
1. The Board’s decision of February 11, 2000 in this matter and the resulting certificate contain a clerical error.
2. Paragraph 2 of that decision is hereby amended to reflect the bargaining unit as follows:
all employees of Sport Maska Inc. in the Town of Harrow, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office, clerical and sales staff and technical staff including product designers, pattern technicians and maintenance.
3. The Registrar is directed to issue a fresh certificate dated February 11, 2000 and reflecting the bargaining unit set out above. The applicant is directed, upon receipt of that fresh certificate to destroy the certificate originally issued.
