1The Board is in receipt of a letter from counsel for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation dated May 30, 2000. That letter requests that the Board order particulars of the allegations of the applicant.
2The Board is of the view that the particulars requested are appropriate and directs the applicant to provide the following particulars to the Board and all responding parties on or before June 21, 2000.
In respect of paragraph 45 of the application, who was contacted, on which date and time and what response was received, if any, and when.
In respect to paragraph 62 of the application, who was contacted, on which date and time and what response was received, if any, and when.
