1The Board is in receipt of a letter from the applicant dated February 11, 2000 in which the applicant asks the Board to clarify how the responding party was found not to have violated section 74 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 “in spite of the ‘numerous lies’ listed in my letter of September 17, 1999”.
2The Board dismissed the applicant’s request for reconsideration, on January 24, 2000.
3The applicant is advised that the matter is now closed.
