The Board has received a request from the applicant to extend the timelines for filing the written statement directed by the Board in its decision dated August 31, 2000.
Having regard to that request, the Board hereby amends the timelines set out in paragraph 7 of its decision dated August 31, 2000, by extending the September 12, 2000 deadline referred to therein to September 26, 2000 and by extending the September 19, 2000 deadline referred to therein to October 3, 2000.
