DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 24, 2000
1This is an application for the referral of a grievance to arbitration pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995 ch. 1 (the "Act"). It refers to arbitration a grievance dated February 29, 2000 concerning certain discipline notices issued by the responding party. This grievance was settled by the parties and the grievance and referral were withdrawn. The parties in Minutes of Settlement and the Board in its decision inadvertently referred to another Board File between the same two parties, namely 0871-00-G. That file is a referral of grievance to arbitration of a grievance dated January 15, 2000 concerning a claim to be paid certain premiums for work on weekends.
2On July 4, 2000 the Board issued a decision indicating that the application in Board File No. 0871-00-G was withdrawn. That decision should have referred to the instant application. Accordingly, this application is withdrawn at the request of the parties. A separate decision at some future point will be issued revoking the decision of July 4, 2000 in Board File No. 0871‑00‑G.
