DECISION OF THE BOARD; March 29, 2000
The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated March 27, 2000 from counsel for the applicant in which the Board is asked to issue an order directing production from the responding parties on or before April 5, 2000.
Upon reviewing the submissions of counsel for the applicant the Board hereby directs the responding parties to produce to the applicant on or before April 5, 2000 those documents listed in Schedule “A” of the March 27, 2000 correspondence which it is prepared to provide at this time.
The Board further directs the responding parties to advise the Board and the applicant by no later than April 5, 2000 of those documents listed in Schedule “A” to the March 27, 2000 correspondence which are in their possession but have not been produced and the reasons why they have not been produced.
If there continues to be a dispute regarding the scope of production, the parties should be prepared to make submissions before the panel hearing this matter on April 11, 2000.
