1This is an application for review under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (the “ESA”) filed by MTM 2000 Enterprises Inc. O/A Hasty Market #55.
2The application was scheduled for hearing before the Board at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, February 11, 2000. At that time, neither the applicant or a representative of the applicant was in attendance at the hearing. After waiting the normal thirty minutes, the Board dismissed the application for review.
3The Board affirms the Employment Standards Officer’s Order to Pay and requests that the monies held in trust, along with any accrued interest, be distributed to Ashraf Hamad.
