Decision
1In a decision dated December 1, 1999, the Board directed the applicant to file certain documents in support of its request for a reconsideration of the decision in this file dated November 1, 1999. The applicant’s submissions clearly demonstrate that the proper responding party to the application is 620230 Ontario Ltd. o/a TS Masonry.
2Accordingly, I reconsider the November 1, 1999 decision and declare that 620230 Ontario Ltd. o/a TS Masonry, Tony Sica Masonry Inc., and V.M.S. Masonry (1996) Ltd. constitute one employer for all purposes of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995 ch.1.
