Decision
1At the commencement of the hearing scheduled for May 30, 2000 the parties advised that they had agreed to adjourn the matter to July 31, 2000.
2In the interim, counsel for the Ministry undertook to furnish a copy of the officer’s narrative report which resulted in the Order to Pay which is the subject of this application as well as names and last known addresses for employees affected by the order to pay.
3That information has now been provided and the matter will be listed for hearing on July 31, 2000. The hearing will take place at the Board’s Offices, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, commencing at 9:30 a.m.
4The Registrar is hereby directed to furnish the parties and the 9 affected employees (whose names and addresses have now been provided by the Ministry of Labour) with notice of the rescheduled hearing in this matter.
