DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 2, 2000
It has come to the attention of the Board that a number of contractors which the responding union asserts should be listed on Schedule “E” may not have received notice of this application. Notices have now been provided to those contractors.
In order for those contractors (and any other contractors who have not yet filed their responses) to file their responses, the hearing scheduled in this matter for August 8, 2000 is hereby adjourned to Monday, October 16, 2000, commencing at 9:30 a.m. in the "Board Room", 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
In the circumstances the time period for all contractors to file their responses and Schedule “H”, if applicable, is hereby extended to August 31, 2000.
The applicant is directed to send a copy of this decision to the contractors listed on Schedule “E” including those contractors that the responding union asserts ought to be on the list.
