1In a decision dated May 2, 2000 the Board (differently constituted) directed the applicant, Mr. Bailey, to advise the Board on or before May 16, 2000 as to whether he intends to proceed with this matter. The Board further ordered that if it did not hear from Mr. Bailey by May 16, 2000, it would terminate the application.
2Mr. Bailey has not advised the Board whether he intends to proceed with this matter.
3Accordingly, having regard to the Board’s decision dated May 2, 2000, this application is terminated.
