DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 18, 2000
1. By decision dated April 4, 2000 the Board directed the applicant to file submissions containing the material facts upon which he relied to support his allegation of a violation of section 74 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”). The Board stated that failure to comply with the directions as set out in the April 4, 2000 decision could result in a dismissal of the application.
2. The applicant did not file any submissions within the time frame set by the Board.
3. Given that the applicant has failed to comply with any aspect of the Board’s previous directions, the application is hereby dismissed.
