DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 2, 2000
1This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has violated section 74. At a meeting with a Labour Relations Officer on February 9, 2000, Jeff Dennie, Roman Hurnacki, Miguel Furtudo and Judi Chartrand withdrew their application. However, Chris Bailey did not attend that meeting and the Officer has been unable to contact him. The Board therefore directs Mr. Bailey to advise the Board on or before May 16, 2000 as to whether he intends to proceed with this matter. If the Board does not hear from Mr. Bailey by that date the file will be terminated.
