1By letter dated May 15, 2000 counsel for the applicant Millwright Regional Council of Ontario and its Local 2309 (Board File No. 2995-99-JD) has requested that the consultation scheduled in these matters for May 16, 2000 be adjourned sine die.
2Counsel advised this request is made on consent of all the parties to the above referenced applications. The parties are in the process of signing a Memorandum of Agreement.
3Having regard to the parties agreement these matters are adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time any party requests that the Board proceed with these matters, they will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
