1. This is an application brought pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
2. The responding parties are governed in their labour relations by federal jurisdiction. This Board has no jurisdiction to hear matters where the parties are governed exclusively by federal jurisdiction.
3. This application is therefore dismissed.
