This is an application pursuant to sections 1(4) and 69 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”)
The parties advised that they had resolved the outstanding matters in dispute amongst them.
The parties entered into Minutes of Settlement as set out below:

Memorandum of Settlement
In full and final settlement of the matters raised in this application, the parties hereby agree as follows:
The exclusive bargaining rights of OPSEU with respect to any employees of the respondent, are hereby assumed by the applicant.
The applicant and respondent Children’s Aid Society will “dove-tail” the seniority lists from its and OPSEU’s bargaining units into a single, merged seniority list.
In creating the merged seniority list, service with either the CAS of the District of Nipissing and the CAS of Parry Sound shall be credited equally.
The applicant shall withdraw its application forthwith.
The term of this settlement shall be incorporated in an order of the Board.
The scope of the bargaining shall be as set out below:
All employees of the Children’s Aid Society of the District of Nipissing and Parry Sound, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor and the secretary of the Local Director.
