3The applicant failed to appear at the hearing by 10:00 a.m., although duly notified of the hearing by the Registrar. The applicant has the burden of proof. Accordingly, in the absence of any evidence from the applicant, the Board has decided to dismiss the application.

5The Director of Employment Standards is directed to pay the following amounts from the money held in trust in this matter as follows:

The Government of Ontario
Consolidated Revenue Fund $ 908.70
Interest on these amounts shall be
paid to the recipients in proportion
to the amounts received.
