DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 4, 2000

1In a decision dated June 20, 2000 the Board certified a bargaining unit of employees of the responding party.

2It appears that the name of the responding party which appears in the bargaining unit description in the June 20^th decision and the certificate is incorrect. The Board therefore hereby amends the name of the responding party in the bargaining unit description to “Len Pack Construction Corporation (c.o.b. as The Torchin Group)”.

3A new certificate will be issued under the correct name. The applicant is directed to return the deficient certificate to the Board.
