## Decision
[1] This is an appeal by Bernard Kamin against an Order to Pay issued against him in his capacity as a director on April 1, 1998 by Order to Pay No. D04601.
Mr. Kamin failed to attend the hearing of this matter scheduled for August 21, 2000.
[2] At the hearing, the Board was advised by counsel for the Ministry of Labour that Mr. Kamin is an undischarged bankrupt such that the order is stayed by virtue of the [Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act](https://www.canlii.org/en/ca/laws/stat/rsc-1985-c-b-3/latest/rsc-1985-c-b-3.html).
[3] Having regard to the foregoing, this application is hereby dismissed.
