- In the Board’s decision dated June 8, 2000 in this matter we stated:
The Board has yet to be satisfied that the applicant is a trade union within the meaning of section 1(1) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
The applicant has now brought to the attention of the Board its earlier decision in Board File No. 2805-97-R, a copy of which is attached, in which the Board states that the trade union has status within the meaning of section 1(1) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
