By letter dated September 12, 2000, the applicant indicated that it "no longer seeks any remedy or order of any kind as against Sumbeam Residential Development Centre" in the course of this proceeding.
It would appear that the applicants no longer consider this organization to be an "affected party". Accordingly, Sumbeam Residential Development Centre is hereby deleted from the style of cause as an affected party.
