1At the hearing of this matter scheduled for March 15, 2000 no one appeared on behalf of the applicant. The Board ascertained from its materials that notice of the hearing had been provided to the applicant. The Board then waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time for the commencement of the hearing in case the applicant was merely delayed. When no one had attended on behalf of the applicant by the end of that 30 minutes the Board dismissed the application.

DISPOSITION

2This application is dismissed. The Board hereby directs that monies held in trust be paid out to Richard Villeneuve and Peter Caldwell.
