1This is an application for termination pursuant to subsection 63(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act").
2By decision dated February 14, 2000, the Board ordered that a representation vote be held on February 18, 2000, and that the ballots be counted.
3By letter dated February 15, 2000, the responding party requests that the Board reconsider its decision not to seal the ballot box. It reasserts its position that the application is not timely and that the ballot box should be sealed.
4Having considered the submissions made by the responding party, the Board is not persuaded to change its original decision.
5The application for reconsideration is dismissed.
