DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 4, 2000
[1]. Further to the parties’ agreement as set out in the Board’s decision dated January 13, 2000 this matter came back on for hearing on February 1, 2000. At that time the parties entered into a further agreement which provides as follows:

(“the Respondent”)
The parties agree to adjourn the hearing in the above captioned matter scheduled for February 1, 2000 on the following terms and conditions to be incorporated in a consent order:
Paragraphs 2), 5), &6) of the Minutes of Settlement dated January 10, 2000 continue in force and effect [Attached to the Minutes and reproduced in the Board’s decision of January 13, 2000]
The Respondent will also produce at the rescheduled hearing the additional documentation as listed on Schedule “1”
The hearing is adjourned to a date between February 28 and March 10, 2000, to be confirmed by the parties as soon as possible.
The parties will meet at the offices of Koskie Minsky during the week of February 7, 2000 and will have their respective principals, and the relevant documentation, available at such time.

[2]. Having regard to the above agreement and the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, the Board hereby:
(i) directs Urban Electrical Contractors to attend at the rescheduled hearing with any or all of the documentation if and as requested by the applicant;
(ii) directs Urban Electrical Contractors to also produce at the rescheduled hearing the additional documentation listed on Schedule “1” of the agreement dated February 1, 2000;.
(iii) directs the parties to meet at the offices of Koskie and Minsky during the week of February 7, 2000 with their respective principals and to have the relevant documentation available at that time.
[3]. These matters are hereby adjourned. The parties are to forthwith advise the Registrar of the date agreed to for the rescheduling of the hearing. This panel is not seized.
