1The applicant has written to the Board again in a letter dated August 17, 2000 complaining that the responding parties have failed to provide the level of production the applicant seeks and the Board has ordered.

2Having reviewed the file it appears that counsel for Sir Forming Ltd. has categorically indicated that Mr. George Silvestri possesses no documentation regarding that company, and is not in a position of control regarding Crisan Forming Inc. or Italarm Construction Ltd. It is unclear what the applicant is seeking from the Board at this time as production orders have already been made.

3If the applicant has further concerns regarding the level of production it has received, it may raise those issues at a hearing into these matters.
