Pursuant to an Agreement between the parties, the parties request that the above-noted matter be adjourned sine die for a period of not more than 1 year from today’s date.”
2Having regard to the agreement of the parties this matter is adjourned sine die for a period of not more than one year from April 28, 2000. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
