1The Board has received submissions from both counsel indicating that there has been an agreement of some sort. Neither has filed a copy of the agreement with the Board. They disagree as to its contents.
2There is no hearing date scheduled in this matter. It is also not apparent that either party requests the Board to do anything as a result of their agreement. Accordingly, the Board will keep this application pending for a period of 60 calendar days from the date hereof. If no submissions are received from either of the parties before that date, the matter will be deemed to be terminated on the basis that the matter has been settled by the parties. No further notice of such deemed termination will be sent to the parties.
