DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 12, 2000
1. This is an employer’s appeal of an Order to Pay. Prior to the hearing, the parties resolved their differences and entered into Minutes of Settlement dated March 28, 2000.
DISPOSITION
2. Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, the Board orders the Director, Employment Standards Branch, to disburse the monies being held in trust to Ms. Michie, as soon as practicable.
3. This matter is terminated.
