1On May 26, 2000 the Board received correspondence from Michelle Burke (the “applicant”) in which she purported to seek reconsideration of the Board’s decision in this matter dated April 14, 2000.
2The Registrar of the Board advised the applicant by letter dated June 23, 2000 that the Board could not process the reconsideration request as it did not conform with Rules 24 and 25 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
3As of the date of this decision, the Board has not received a properly completed Request for Reconsideration. Accordingly, this matter remains terminated.
