DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 3, 2000
1. This is a request for reconsideration by the applicant of the Board’s decision dated February 9, 2000.
2. The applicant filed documents with the request for reconsideration and takes issue with the union’s response. The applicant further states that it was her intention to raise some of these issues with the Labour Relations Officer.
3. The Board’s decision of February 9, 2000 was based solely on the materials filed by the applicant. The request for reconsideration does not raise any facts which were not, or could not have been raised earlier, nor does it raise any matters which have not already been considered by the Board. Accordingly this request for reconsideration is dismissed.
