1This is an appeal dated September 22, 1999 of an Inspector’s Order dated August 16, 1999.
2Notice of hearing was sent to the parties on April 13, 2000. The applicant, Douglas Pickett was served at his address, 2049 Northern Avenue, Stroud, Ontario L0L 2M0. The notice of hearing indicated that the date of hearing was Wednesday, June 28, 2000 commencing at 9:30 a.m.
3The applicant did not appear at the hearing. The hearing commenced at 10:00 a.m. The responding parties took the position that the application ought to be dismissed.
4On hearing the representations of the responding parties, this matter was dismissed.
