DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 2, 2000

1I issued a decision on June 26, 2000, which incorrectly named the employee as June Tremblay. In fact, the employee is Betty Hendry; Ms. Tremblay represents the employer. This corrected decision replaces the June 26, 2000 decision.

2This is an employer appeal of an Order to Pay in the amount of $652.49.

3By letter dated June 1, 2000, received by the Board on June 15, 2000 the employer indicated that it is not continuing its appeal.

DISPOSITION

4The employer’s appeal is withdrawn with leave of the Board. The Director, Employment Standards shall send the $652.49 being held in trust, and any interest thereon, to Ms. Hendry as soon as possible.
