This matter is an employee appeal of an Officer’s decision under section 67 of the Employment Standards Act, (the “ESA”) refusing to issue an order to pay. On June 13, 2000 the applicant and Recovery Technologies Inc. entered into terms of settlement pursuant to which Recovery Technologies Inc. agreed to pay Keith L. Byrne $400.00 net as full and final settlement of the matters in dispute.
Having regard to the settlement this matter is terminated.
