DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 3, 2000
The Board has received correspondence from the responding party advising that the grievance which was the subject of the application has been resolved by the parties. The documentation attached to the correspondence indicates that the notice of warning about which the grievance was filed has been removed from the applicant’s file. It does not appear therefore, that there is any issue left to be determined.
The Board will therefore dismiss this application on April 17, 2000 unless it receives submissions from the applicant prior to that date outlining good and sufficient reasons why this matter should proceed to a consultation.
