On March 3, 2000 1301541 Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons was advised that its application was not being processed because it was not made in the correct form and/or because the application had been filed by facsimile copier. It was warned that a proper application was to be filed within 20 days of the Board’s letter if it did not wish the application to be terminated. It has not responded to this communication. Therefore, this application is terminated and the Director is directed to distribute the money held in trust to the appropriate parties.
